More effective for loading docks than forced air style heaters as this heater heats objects (like people) rather than heating the air.

This is our medium sized diesel infrared heater, but you can also run it on kerosene if that's what you have available.
In this case though, medium is still pretty big.
This unit puts out 4 times as much heat as the average propane infrared heater, yet it has an integrated fuel tank that can run the heater for nearly 18 hours between refills.
